Kindly note the following guidelines:
Regularity is essential for an effective learning program. Students are required to report five minutes before the scheduled school timings.
Regular School Timings

for Playgroup from 4th June 2019 (with parents)
- An Orientation session for parents is organized as per the schedule given below:

All circulars and important notifications will be sent by email and will be uploaded on the school website. Parents may communicate through the pages (Message from Parent) provided in the Almanac.
Daily Class Update:
Perfect harmony between home and school boosts the academic performance of the students. You will be receiving a daily update about the child’s classroom learning in school.
Curriculum and Activity updates:
To orient you about the forthcoming monthly theme, the Curriculum Insight will be emailed to you with details of activities and requirements (if any) for the celebration of special days.
To reinforce the skills taught in school, home assignments will be given. Worksheet/Notebook work will be assigned for home learning (except Playgroup).
Audio-Visual Teaching – Learning:
All classrooms are equipped with Audio-Visual learning systems for a stimulating and interactive learning experience.
Tablet-Aided Digital Education :
Every learner is given a Tablet for a particular lesson or an activity for a stipulated duration according to the curriculum plan.
Seesaw: (Playgroup, Nursery, Jr.KG & Sr.KG)
It is a digital tool to record the student’s learning experience through photographs and videos. The same will be shared with parents.
To inculcate a regular reading habit, Library books will be issued on Fridays from April 2019. Kindly refer to the Library guidelines mentioned in the Almanac.
Shiamak Dance Education:
Students of Playgroup, Nursery, Jr.KG and Sr.KG will have weekly dance sessions conducted by the Shiamak Davar’s Dance Academy.
Counseling and Research Department:
We provide equal opportunities to all students to succeed at school through a comprehensive, multifaceted and cohesive learning system. You may seek parenting guidance from our Counselors’ and Special Educators for facilitating the age-appropriate developmental milestones of the child.
The school follows a Continuous Observation System to track and monitor student’s learning. The teachers devise strategies to improve their learning so as to help them progress, leading to their overall development. A detailed observation record of your child will be shared at the end of each term.
Parent Teacher Meet:
Visiting Days are important for inquiring about the progress of your child. The Visiting Day schedule is given in the Almanac for your ready reference.
Snack: Students will be served a nutritious vegetarian snack.
Playgroup and Nursery:
Parents to hand over a pair of clothes and one packet of diapers (any brand) in a labeled zip lock bag to the Class Teacher on the first day of the school. Parents are advised to send the child to school in diapers. Kindly discontinue diapers only after an interaction with the respective teacher.
To help the child adapt happily to the school, certain changes in school timing have been listed below. One parent will be required to accompany the child, during this period, as per the details are given below.

Note for Sr.KG Parents:
Every Sr. KG student will have a turn to be the Star of the week of the class. The teacher will send a note with your child to decorate a poster with photos of his/her favorite things.
• Please read the detailed Almanac uploaded on the school website and abide by all the rules and regulations of the school.
• A printed shorter version of the almanac will be issued by the school which should be brought to school daily.
Students to report in neatly dressed in complete School Uniform and Identity Card. Hair must be kept neat and clean; all hair accessories should be black for girls.
Students enrolled for transport service for the first time will receive only the drop service on the first day of school after the parent’s interaction with the Transport vendor.
Successful kids and successful schools usually share a secret: Supportive Parents! Here are some ways you can be involved in your child’s education.
• The day starts well if your child has had adequate sleep and a good breakfast.
• Make reading a daily habit and limit screen time.
• Monitor your child’s progress. Please do not hesitate to contact the teachers to check with your child’s performance in the class.
• Attend school functions to encourage and motivate your child.
